Lance Abel / President

Mr. Abel has over 18 years of professional sales and management experience. He was introduced to new homebuilding in 1996 with Dover Homes and Kaufman Broad / General Homes through merger and acquisition. Mr. Abel was recruited by Imperial Homes in 1999 where he held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for 10 years. Mr. Abel started Mill Creek Custom Homes in 2009 with a passion to bring his extensive knowledge, experience and design flair to the Bellville area, where he and his family moved in 2007. He is certified by the GHBA in new home sales and construction and is also certified by the National Association of Homebuilders Institute of Residential Marketing.

Christie Abel / Principal

Mrs. Abel holds a BA degree from Sam Houston State University with a major in Business Management. She has over 12 years experience in the real estate industry, which includes 2 years in homebuilding and the balance in mortgage banking. Mrs. Abel currently holds the position of Branch Manager for Mill Creek Mortgage, our in-house financing company and assists in the daily accounting and marketing operations at Mill Creek Custom Homes.

Charles J. Dibala / Vice President

Mr. Dibala has been active in the homebuilding industry for over 18 years. After graduation from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a Minor in Business Administration, he began his career with Novatecture Design Group, a small residential architectural firm. In 1997 Mr. Dibala joined Imperial Homes as the first employee of the design department. He served as Architectural Design Manager and Land Manager, and in 2005 he was promoted to the position of Vice-President of Architecture and Land.

Mr. Dibala joined the Mill Creek Custom Homes team in 2009 as Vice President, providing operational support as well as allowing Mill Creek Custom Homes to offer in-house architectural design services.

Jewell Fontenot / Sales Professional

Ms. Fontenot holds a BA degree from Lamar University with a major in Sociology. She received her Teacher’s Certification from Stephen F. Austin University and taught Jr. High and High School for nineteen years. She then pursued a career in Real Estate and has worked as a Realtor for Real Estate Brokers and in sales for new home builders for the past eight years. She currently holds the position of Sales Professional for Mill Creek Custom Homes.
