As with all of the previous processes focused on the design and planning of your new home, you will also be involved in the construction process. We have developed a construction process where you are encouraged to be part of the building of your new home rather than just a bystander.  There are several phases of construction where we will request you meet with us, such as the pre-construction meeting where we invite you to sit down and review the plans and specifications to discuss every question or concern you have regarding the plans in an effort to create a smooth and easy construction process for your new home.  Once construction commences, additional meetings will be scheduled with your Project Manager to walk your home with you to gain your input, address any concerns or changes, or discuss decisions which are necessary, all in an effort to avoid costly modifications later.  

 

 

 

We know you will have additional questions along the way.  You may want to make changes or you may just want to meet to walk the house prior to the next phase of construction.  You should have the comfort of knowing that every home built by Mill Creek Custom Homes receives the care and attention of the entire management team, we will always be there to answer any and all questions along the way.
